Candidates should possess a first degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, complemented by a postgraduate degree. A minimum of fifteen years of relevant experience in project management is required, along with COREN registration and membership in professional associations. The position demands strong ethical standards, physical and mental fitness, and proficiency in ICT. This is a full-time role with a term of five years, non-renewable.
