As a Direct Sales Agent, your daily responsibilities will include identifying and recruiting new agents and merchants in your assigned areas. You will also educate potential users about the benefits of the company's offerings and actively engage in field sales to achieve your targets. Building and nurturing relationships with customers and partners will be crucial to your success in this role.
Candidates should possess at least an SSCE/OND qualification, and prior experience in direct sales or field sales is preferred. Strong communication skills, the ability to work autonomously, and a good understanding of the local market are essential. This is a full-time position.
