Technical Skills Application: Apply HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge for marketing tech tasks, tag implementations, and landing page tweaks. Collaboration: Work with design, content, and development teams for cohesive digital experiences. Trend Awareness: Stay updated on digital trends, algorithm shifts (Google, social platforms).

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Computer Science, or related field. Experience: 2-5 years of digital marketing experience, with demonstrable web development background. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (hands-on web development experience). Expertise in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager). SEO/SEM knowledge. Technical Acumen: Comfort with coding for marketing tech applications. Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach for optimization. Creativity: Innovative in digital content, campaign crafting. Communication: Strong skills for cross-team collaboration. Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo). Knowledge of CRO best practices, A/B testing. Familiarity with responsive design principles. Understanding of UX/UI for digital optimization. Certifications (Google Analytics, Ads) are advantageous.
