Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and policies Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary Process orders, returns, refunds, or service requests where applicable Maintain a positive, helpful, and professional attitude at all times Support sales, operations, or logistics teams as required Meet customer service performance targets and service standards.
