Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media platforms
• Provide accurate information on PWAN properties, financing options, investment opportunities, and real estate transactions
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues to appropriate channels when necessary
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, encourage referrals, and foster lasting relationships
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to enhance service delivery and customer experience
• Process documentation and guide clients through the property acquisition and investment process
• Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and recommend improvements for service enhancement
• Represent the PWAN brand professionally in all customer interactions and communications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) in any discipline
• 1–3 years of proven experience in customer service, preferably within real estate, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), or service industries
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
• Preferred Skills: Previous experience in real estate or property sales
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools
• Ability to communicate in multiple Nigerian languages (a plus)
