Requirements

Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in any relevant field Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, email, CRM tools) Good verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to remain calm and polite under pressure. Preferred Candidate Profile: Female candidate (client preference) Friendly, welcoming, and presentable Positive attitude with a people-first mindset.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for customers (walk-in, phone, online) Attend to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally Maintain accurate customer records and interaction logs Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat engagement Support sales and operations teams with customer-related information Handle front desk or reception duties when required Assist with basic administrative and reporting tasks Uphold the company’s customer service standards and brand image.
