Responsibilities

• Issue Resolution: Effectively address and resolve customer complaints, inquiries, and service issues while maintaining a positive customer experience and satisfaction.
• Information Management: Deliver accurate and comprehensive information about our products, services, and company policies to clients and potential students.
• CRM Management: Document all customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring up-to-date and detailed customer records are maintained for efficient service.
• Inter-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate with Sales, Technical, and Operations teams to swiftly resolve customer issues and guarantee exceptional service delivery.
• Customer Retention: Cultivate strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business within our platform.
• Feedback Reporting: Collect and escalate customer feedback, emerging trends, and complaints to management to drive continuous improvement in our services.

Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc Degree / HND in a relevant field such as business administration, social sciences, or communications.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or a related position.
