We are seeking a Communications Assistant to own our brand voice and digital communications.
While LinkedIn is a core channel, this is not a basic social media role.
The focus is on strategic communications, thought leadership, and AI-enabled content systems that drive visibility and qualified leads.
Requirements
2+ years’ experience in communications, brand, or digital strategy
Strong understanding of LinkedIn as a business and influence platform
Hands-on experience using AI tools for content and workflow optimisation
Excellent writing, editing, and messaging skills
Ability to work independently and strategically
Previous experience in an Education & migration Consulting firm is an added advantage.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a clear communications and brand strategy
Manage and grow the company’s LinkedIn presence with a focus on authority, engagement, and inbound leads
Create and oversee high-quality content (thought leadership, campaigns, announcements)
Use AI tools to research, draft, optimise, schedule, and analyse content
Translate complex education and migration information into clear, credible messaging
Track performance metrics and optimise communications for impact
Support communications for campaigns, events, and partnerships
