We are looking for a Code Annotation Engineer to join Odixcity Consulting in a remote capacity. This international HR consulting firm excels in recruitment, performance management, and training services. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and refining prompts for generative AI models, ensuring that outputs are accurate and contextually relevant.
Your daily tasks will involve creating and optimizing prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs), analyzing AI outputs to identify and address limitations, and developing a repository of effective prompt templates. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and data scientists to ensure AI behaviors align with business objectives and help refine models to adopt specific brand voices.
Candidates should possess a degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Psychology, or Data Science, though this is not strictly required. A minimum of 5 years of experience with generative AI tools is essential, along with proficiency in Python for scripting and automation. Familiarity with AI libraries like TensorFlow or PyTorch will be advantageous. Strong analytical skills to evaluate AI outputs and excellent communication abilities are also necessary.
