Chief Operating Officer at Kaltani in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join Kaltani in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. As a leader in clean tech recycling and waste management, Kaltani is at the forefront of sustainability initiatives in Africa. In this role, you will oversee all operational aspects of our ambitious projects, which span collection fleets, recycling parks, and engineered landfills. Your focus will be on ensuring operational excellence, safety, and compliance while driving performance through data analysis and strategic decision-making. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Operations Management, with a preference for an MBA. A minimum of 10 years in leadership roles within industrial operations or waste management is essential, including at least 5 years in a senior position. Strong financial acumen, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a commitment to sustainability are crucial for success in this role. This position offers a competitive salary between N30,000,000 and N35,000,000 per annum, along with performance incentives and benefits such as health coverage and executive travel allowances.
