The University of Ibadan, located in Ibadan, Oyo, is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Bursar. Candidates must hold a degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a relevant Master's degree and professional qualifications such as ACA, ACMA, CPA, ACCA, ICAN, or ANAN. A minimum of fifteen years of post-qualification experience in a tertiary institution is required, including five years in a Deputy Bursar role. The candidate should be under 60 years old and proficient in accounting software.
The remuneration package aligns with federal university standards, including a pension scheme and other allowances. The successful Bursar will serve for an initial five-year term, with the possibility of a one-year extension based on performance.
