Review Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and ensure accurate execution
Coordinate event setup according to layouts (theatre, classroom, round table, etc.)
Supervise banquet staff during service and ensure proper grooming and service standards
Liaise with kitchen for food timing, presentation, and special dietary requests
Coordinate with engineering for AV, lighting, and technical support
Ensure cleanliness and readiness of banquet halls before and after events
Handle guest requests and resolve issues during events
Monitor event timelines and ensure smooth flow
Support billing accuracy and post-event reporting
Enforce safety, hygiene, and hotel SOPs.
