Achieving Growth and Sales Target:
Oversees sales activities in assigned area/region to ensure that monthly sales target is met.
Maintain sales territories and quotas in the state/region.
Analyse sales records, customer accounts, and explore new sales opportunities.
Distributors / HORECAs Enlistment:
Enlist and effectively manage the Distributors in assigned area/region through effective business development.
Enlist and effectively manage the HORECAs in assigned area/region through effective business development.
Keep an up-to-date outlet universe of assigned region to aid enlistment.
Carry out effective implementation of your region Route to Market (RTM) coverage plan.
Requirements
B.Sc/HND in Marketing/Accounting/Economics or related courses.
Candidate must have 2-3 years sales experience in FMCG, particularly in selling premium wines and spirits.
Candidate must live and reside in either Owerri / Aba / Onitsha

Responsibilities
Customers Relationship Management:
Build client relationships by establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
Build positive relationships with Customers on the Company’s brand offerings.
Build an effective communication chain with customers.
Resolve customers issues, challenges and eradicating conflict in a timely manner.
Business Plan Development:
Work with the sales department to create business plans and strategies for assigned area.
Maintain clients’ Interactions by visiting existing and potential customers, explaining product features, and securing sales contracts.
Carry out territory analysis for business development and making necessary adjustments as needed.
Sales Forecasting:
Accurately predict the area/region’s future sales, which is critical for aligning inventory with anticipated demand, ensuring customer satisfaction and optimizing revenue.
Analyse market trends, historical sales data, and seasonal influences to make informed decisions on stock levels and promotional strategies.
Conduct sales forecasts to determine financial objectives and target markets.
Budget Preparation:
Prepare and submit your sales annual budgets.
Ensure, you strictly adhere to the budget, Company policies and procedures.
Performance Monitoring, Motivation and Coaching:
Monitor sales representative performance and providing coaching as needed.
Review, approve and evaluate their daily calls/trade visits report.
Organize conference calls or zoom/google meet meetings with region’s sales team to discuss sales activities and make decisions.
Reporting:
Generate sales reports weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually and send to your assigned Manager
Present periodic reports on assigned territory sales operations as required.
Competition and Industry:
Monitor competitors’ activities within your assigned territory and report to the Management.
