You will also oversee the initial 180-day performance of newly onboarded partners to ensure alignment with company goals. Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline and preferably have professional certifications such as NIMN or CIM. You will bring at least five years of sales experience, with a minimum of three years focused on distributor recruitment. A proven ability to close significant distributorship deals with annual offtakes exceeding ₦200 million or 50,000+ units is essential. Familiarity with LPG depot licensing and fire safety regulations is critical. This is a full-time position requiring a proactive, results-driven individual.
